Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh turmeric root, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup water
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, cayenne, black pepper, and water.
- Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.
- Add sea salt and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spiciness if needed.
- Pour into small shot glasses or storage containers.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled as a daily wellness boost.
