
Waffle Cone Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat waffle cone maker or pizzelle iron
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs with melted butter
- Add vanilla and almond extracts
- Gradually add flour mixture to egg mixture
- Add milk and mix until smooth
- Drop 2 tablespoons batter onto preheated waffle cone maker
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown
- Immediately roll into cone shape using a cone form
- Let cool completely before filling
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over cones if desired
- Fill with ice cream and serve immediately
