Special Notes

This elegant turkey dish is perfect for a special dinner. The combination of fresh herbs and Dijon mustard creates a flavorful crust that seals in the juices. The key is to sear the tenderloins first to create a golden crust, then finish in the oven. It's a great way to enjoy lean turkey in a delicious and impressive way.
