Special Notes
This authentic teriyaki marinade creates the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and savory flavors. The combination of mirin and sake gives it authentic Japanese taste. You can use this marinade on chicken, beef, salmon, or vegetables. For best results, marinate proteins for at least 30 minutes but no more than 4 hours to prevent the meat from becoming mushy. The marinade also works great as a sauce for stir-fries.
