Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In small saucepan, combine dashi stock and soy sauce
  2. Add mirin, sugar, and sake
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and let cool
  5. Stir in grated daikon and ginger
  6. Serve with tempura
