Special Notes
This copycat Subway tuna recipe recreates the classic sandwich shop flavor at home. The key is to use the right ratio of mayonnaise to tuna and to season it properly. The sweet pickle relish adds the characteristic flavor that makes this tuna salad taste like the restaurant version. You can customize the sandwiches with your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or cheese. The tuna salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It's also great for wraps, crackers, or as a salad topping.
