Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 pound deli turkey, sliced
  • 1/2 pound deli ham, sliced
  • 1/2 pound deli roast beef, sliced
  • 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, olives, and banana peppers.
  2. Add sliced meats and cheeses to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, Italian dressing, and oregano.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad mixture.
