Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and sausage. Cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, and basil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Add 1 cup of the meat sauce to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
- Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread half the remaining sauce in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and top with remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes until bubbly.
