Special Notes
This hearty steak sandwich is perfect for lunch or dinner. The key is to slice the steak very thin and cook it quickly over high heat to keep it tender. The combination of onions, peppers, and Worcestershire sauce creates a classic flavor that pairs perfectly with the provolone cheese. It's a great way to use up leftover steak.
