Ingredients
- 1 liter water
- 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon NoSalt (potassium chloride)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Epsom salt (food grade)
- 1/4 teaspoon magnesium citrate powder
- 1/4 teaspoon calcium citrate powder
- 1/4 teaspoon zinc citrate powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vitamin C powder
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia powder
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Fill a large pitcher with 1 liter of water.
- Add pink Himalayan salt and NoSalt, stirring until dissolved.
- Add baking soda and Epsom salt, mixing well.
- Add magnesium citrate, calcium citrate, and zinc citrate powders.
- Stir in vitamin C powder and stevia powder.
- Add lemon juice and mix until all ingredients are dissolved.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with additional stevia if needed.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.
