
S'mores Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chopped graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars
- Beat in egg and vanilla
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt
- Mix until combined
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs
- Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets
- Top with chopped graham crackers
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes
- Transfer to wire racks to cool
