Special Notes
These smores cookies capture all the flavors of a classic campfire smore in cookie form. The combination of graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows creates the perfect texture and flavor. The cinnamon adds warmth that complements the other ingredients. These cookies are perfect for parties, potlucks, or as a special treat. They keep well in an airtight container for up to a week and can be frozen for longer storage. The mini marshmallows will melt slightly during baking, creating a gooey texture that's reminiscent of traditional smores. You can customize them by adding different types of chocolate or nuts.
