
Smoked Cream Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 blocks cream cheese (8 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 225°F
- Score the top of each cream cheese block in a crosshatch pattern
- Brush with olive oil
- In a small bowl, mix Everything Bagel seasoning, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper
- Sprinkle seasoning mixture over cream cheese
- Place cream cheese on a foil-lined baking sheet
- Smoke for 2 hours until golden brown and slightly firm
- Remove from smoker and let cool for 10 minutes
- Serve with crackers or bread
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator
