
Seafood Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add seafood and garlic, cook until seafood is opaque
- Add white wine and cook for 2 minutes
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg, and parsley
- In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour
- Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth
- Season with salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, seafood, marinara, and mozzarella
- Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden
