Ingredients
- 1 package San Giorgio lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup red wine

- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened
- Add ground beef and sausage, cooking until browned
- Add tomatoes, paste, wine, and seasonings
- Simmer for 20 minutes
- In bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg, and parsley
- Layer noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella
- Repeat layers
- Top with remaining mozzarella
- Cover and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes
- Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more
