
Mexican Salsa Macha Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried chiles de árbol
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Remove stems from chiles and shake out seeds.
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.

- Add sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and peanuts.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and fragrant.

- Add salt, sugar, and vinegar.
- Process until coarsely ground.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
