Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your favorite coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a blender, combine coffee, protein powder, MCT oil, coconut oil, butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
