Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes, onion, and garlic in crock pot
  2. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and butter
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours
  5. Use immersion blender to puree soup
  6. Stir in chives and cheese
  7. Cook for 15 minutes until cheese melts
  8. Garnish with bacon
  9. Serve hot
