Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 225°F (110°C).
- In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
- Toss pork belly cubes with spice mixture.
- Smoke for 2 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from smoker and place in a foil pan.
- In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, vinegar, and Worcestershire.
- Pour sauce over pork belly and toss to coat.
- Return to smoker and cook for 1-2 hours until caramelized.
- Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
