Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, combine oil, eggs, crushed pineapple with juice, and vanilla extract.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in walnuts if using.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack.
- Cool completely before slicing.
