Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, water, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  6. Roll out to 1/8-inch thickness.

  9. Boil in salted water for 3-4 minutes until they float.
  10. Serve immediately or pan-fry in butter.
