Special Notes
These pecan tassies are bite-sized pecan pies that are perfect for holiday parties and cookie trays. The cream cheese pastry creates a tender, flaky crust that complements the sweet pecan filling. The key is not to overfill the pastry shells to prevent overflow during baking. These make great gifts and can be frozen for up to 3 months. They're perfect with a cup of coffee or tea.
