Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, sliced thin

  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Separate onion slices into rings
  2. In bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, and spices
  3. In separate bowl, beat eggs with milk
  4. Dip onion rings in egg mixture
  5. Dredge in flour mixture
  6. Heat oil in large skillet to 350°F (175°C)
  7. Fry onion rings for 2-3 minutes until golden
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels
  9. Serve hot
