Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces

- 1 egg yolk

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt

- Add cold water and egg yolk
- Mix until dough forms
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- For filling, combine walnuts, sugar, melted butter, egg white, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Roll out dough into a rectangle
- Spread filling over dough
- Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
