Ingredients
- 1 package vanilla wafers
- 4 large bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk

Instructions
- Line bottom of dish with vanilla wafers
- Add layer of banana slices
- In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat

- Add sugar and cook until thickened
- Beat egg yolks and add to mixture
- Cook for 2 minutes more
- Remove from heat and add vanilla
- Layer pudding over bananas
- Repeat layers
- Beat egg whites with powdered sugar
- Spread over top
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes
