Special Notes
This popular Hawaiian snack is perfect for on-the-go meals or picnics. The combination of salty Spam, sweet rice, and nori creates a unique flavor that's surprisingly addictive. The key is to use short-grain rice and to wrap the musubi tightly so it holds together. It's a great way to experience authentic Hawaiian cuisine.
