Special Notes

This homemade mulberry jam captures the sweet, fruity flavor of fresh mulberries. The key is to use very ripe berries for the best taste. The combination of sugar and lemon juice creates the perfect balance. This jam is perfect for toast and can be stored for up to a year. For extra flavor, you can add different spices or herbs. The jam should be completely cool before storing.
