Special Notes
Minute steaks are thin cuts of beef that cook quickly, making them perfect for weeknight dinners. The key is to cook them quickly over high heat to prevent them from becoming tough. The flour coating helps create a nice crust and thickens the sauce. You can customize this recipe by adding mushrooms, onions, or other vegetables to the sauce. This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables. The steaks can be pounded thinner if needed to ensure even cooking.
