Ingredients

  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 1/2 cup matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup marsala wine
  • 1 pound mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup matcha powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Dissolve matcha powder in hot water
  2. Add sugar and marsala wine
  3. In bowl, beat mascarpone until smooth
  4. In separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar
  5. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone
  6. Add vanilla extract
  7. Dip ladyfingers in matcha mixture
  8. Layer in serving dish
  9. Spread mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers
  10. Repeat layers
  11. Refrigerate for 4 hours
  12. Dust with matcha powder before serving
