Ingredients
- 12 ounces lo mein noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add mushrooms, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and sauce mixture, toss to combine.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
