Special Notes
This traditional lavash bread is thin and crispy. The key is to roll the dough very thin for the best texture. The bread can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week. It's perfect for wrapping around fillings or serving with dips. For extra flavor, you can add different seeds or herbs. The bread should be completely cool before storing to prevent it from becoming soft.
