Special Notes
Kataifi is a traditional Greek pastry made with shredded phyllo dough and nuts. The combination of crispy dough and sweet syrup creates a delightful texture. The key is not to over-fill the dough to prevent it from falling apart during baking. You can customize this recipe by using different nuts or adding different spices. This pastry is perfect for special occasions and pairs well with coffee or tea.
