Special Notes

This rich and decadent hot fudge sauce is perfect for ice cream sundaes, brownies, or any dessert that needs a chocolate boost. The corn syrup helps prevent crystallization and keeps the sauce smooth. For a thinner sauce, add a bit more cream. For a thicker sauce, simmer a bit longer. This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
