Ingredients
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 egg white

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flours, protein powder, yeast, and salt

- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until dough forms
- Knead on floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth
- Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour
- Punch down dough and divide into 8 equal pieces
- Shape each piece into a ball, then poke hole in center
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and let rise 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Bring large pot of water to boil
- Boil bagels for 1 minute per side
- Brush with egg white mixed with water
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
