Special Notes
This habanero salsa recipe creates a fiery, flavorful condiment that's perfect for those who love spicy food. The roasted vegetables add depth and smokiness, while the habanero peppers provide intense heat. The key is to roast the vegetables until they're charred and softened, which enhances their flavor. The salsa gets better as it sits, allowing the flavors to meld together. You can adjust the heat level by using more or fewer habanero peppers. This salsa is perfect for serving with chips, tacos, or as a topping for grilled meats. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
