Ingredients

- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water.

- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce mixture and bring to a boil.
