Special Notes
Fire honey is a spicy, sweet condiment that adds heat and flavor to a variety of dishes. The combination of honey and peppers creates a unique flavor profile that's both sweet and spicy. The habanero peppers provide intense heat, while the jalapeno adds a milder pepper flavor. The spices add depth and complexity to the honey. This fire honey is perfect for drizzling over pizza, adding to marinades, or using as a glaze for grilled meats. The heat level can be adjusted by using more or fewer peppers. Always use caution when handling hot peppers and wash your hands thoroughly afterward.
