Special Notes
Dalgona candy is a traditional Korean street food that became popular worldwide through the Netflix series "Squid Game." The baking soda creates a unique honeycomb texture that's both crunchy and airy. The key is to work quickly once you add the baking soda, as the mixture will start to set immediately. This candy has a sweet, caramel-like flavor with a distinctive texture. It's best eaten fresh as it can become sticky over time. You can add food coloring or different extracts to create variations of this classic treat.
