
Crack Burger Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, crushed crackers, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
- Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast hamburger buns if desired.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Serve immediately.
Special Notes
These burgers get their name from being so addictive! The Ritz crackers and Parmesan cheese add incredible flavor and help keep the burgers moist. The key is to not overmix the meat mixture to avoid tough burgers. These are perfect for cookouts and family dinners.
