Special Notes
These country-style ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and perfect for a hearty meal. The long, slow cooking process ensures the meat is incredibly tender and flavorful. Country-style ribs are actually cut from the shoulder area, so they're meatier than traditional ribs. This recipe works great in a slow cooker as well - just cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with coleslaw and cornbread for a complete Southern meal.
