Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each mound with the back of a spoon.
