Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough.
  5. Unroll second can of dough and place on top.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
  7. Pour over top dough.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  9. In a small bowl, mix remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  10. Sprinkle over hot cheesecake.
  11. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
