Special Notes
This copycat Chili's salsa recipe captures the fresh, tangy flavor of the restaurant's famous salsa. The combination of diced tomatoes and Rotel creates the perfect texture and heat level. The key is letting the salsa chill for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together. You can adjust the heat level by adding or reducing the jalapeño. This salsa is perfect for parties, game day, or as a snack.
