Special Notes
This aromatic chili oil adds heat and flavor to any dish. The combination of Sichuan peppercorns and star anise creates a complex, numbing heat that's characteristic of Sichuan cuisine. It's perfect for drizzling over noodles, dumplings, or stir-fries. The oil will keep for up to a month in the refrigerator.
