Ingredients

  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions, drain and set aside
  2. Season chicken with salt and black pepper
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes
  5. Remove chicken and set aside
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic
  7. Cook garlic for 1 minute until fragrant
  8. Add Alfredo sauce and heavy cream, stir to combine
  9. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes
  10. Add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes
  11. Return chicken to the skillet and toss with pasta
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately
