Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mixed fruits (lychee, longan, jackfruit)
  • 1/4 cup tapioca pearls
  • 1/4 cup jelly cubes
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In saucepan, heat coconut milk and condensed milk
  2. Add sugar and water, stirring until dissolved
  3. Let cool completely
  4. Cook tapioca pearls according to package directions
  5. Drain and rinse with cold water
  6. In serving glasses, add mixed fruits
  7. Add tapioca pearls and jelly cubes
  8. Pour coconut milk mixture over fruits
  9. Add crushed ice
  10. Garnish with fresh mint leaves
  11. Serve immediately
