Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup mixed fruits (lychee, longan, jackfruit)
- 1/4 cup tapioca pearls
- 1/4 cup jelly cubes
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- In saucepan, heat coconut milk and condensed milk
- Add sugar and water, stirring until dissolved
- Let cool completely
- Cook tapioca pearls according to package directions
- Drain and rinse with cold water
- In serving glasses, add mixed fruits
- Add tapioca pearls and jelly cubes
- Pour coconut milk mixture over fruits
- Add crushed ice
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
- Serve immediately
