Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef tenderloin

Instructions
- Season beef with salt, black pepper, and cayenne

- Remove beef and set aside
- Add butter, garlic, and shallots to the skillet
- Cook until softened
- Add red wine and beef broth
- Bring to a boil and reduce by half
- Stir in Dijon mustard and thyme
- Return beef to skillet and cook to desired doneness
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing
