
Carnivore Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup pork rinds, crushed
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan
- In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy
- Add cream cheese and melted butter, mixing until smooth
- Stir in salt and baking powder
- Add crushed pork rinds and psyllium husk powder
- Mix until well combined
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes
- Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack
- Slice and serve
