Ingredients

  • 2 packages instant ramen noodles
  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup kimchi

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions
  2. In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper
  3. Drain noodles and add to sauce
  4. Toss to coat evenly
  5. Transfer to serving bowls
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese
  7. Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts
  8. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and kimchi
  9. Serve immediately
