Special Notes

This sweet and savory brown sugar bacon is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a special treat. The combination of brown sugar and maple syrup creates a delicious caramelized coating, while the spices add depth and complexity. The wire rack allows the bacon to cook evenly and prevents it from sitting in its own grease. This bacon pairs beautifully with pancakes, waffles, or as a standalone appetizer. The caramelized sugar creates a crispy exterior while keeping the bacon tender inside. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
